Service Information

• Service and support will include those purchases from Entré Computer Center.
• On-Site File Server contracts can have a response time from four, eight or twenty-four hours for same or next day service within our local business area radius.
• Same day service on File Server hardware and File Server Operating Systems would be priced on a per quarter year basis.
• The price includes repair and/or replacement of defective parts. It does not include demonstrating how to run a particular software feature or component.
• A twenty-four hour next day service contract on the newly purchased workstations would be priced per month per workstation. The price includes repair and/or replacement of defective parts. It does not include demonstrating how to run a particular software feature or component.
• Service contracts are on an annual renewal basis agreeable in advance by both parties.
• Loss of property by theft or loss of use by acts of nature are not covered under a service contract. This type of loss should be covered under a user provided property and casualty insurance policy.
• We currently charge an hourly rate for labor outside of Entré Computer Center. If travel is outside of the Greensboro area, travel charges are billed at one-half of the standard hourly rate both ways.
